Job summary

Trakindo in Makassar is seeking a Sales professional with a minimum D3 in any major, engineering, or sales major and at least 1 year of relevant experience. The role requires providing market condition reports, maintaining customer data, opportunities, forecasts and the sales pipeline, and following up AR payments to support healthy cash flow.

You will coordinate CTS activities for rental units to ensure accurate parts forecasts and adequate maintenance planning.

Qualifications

• Minimum D3 in All Major/ Engineering/ Sales Representative major.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in fresh graduates, mechanics, sales, service, or related roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide reports on market conditions and lost sales within the territory to support sales strategy.
• Maintain accurate customer data, opportunities, forecasts and sales pipeline information.
• Follow up AR payments to support healthy cash flow.
• Coordinate CTS activities for rental units to develop accurate parts forecasts and maintenance planning.
• Handle customer inquiries and operational issues during visits, communicate inspection findings and recommendations.
• Conduct periodic customer visits to inspect units and gather data for RFIs and billing.
• Coordinate and execute unit handover with required documentation and clear guidelines for operation.
• Collaborate with Contract Management and Rental Commercial teams to prepare and finalize rental contracts.
• Conduct sales negotiations to convert quotes into deals and secure timely orders and payments.
• Provide customer quotations based on rental opportunities, unit specs, delivery time, payment terms and pricing.
• Conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures to ensure compliance and risk management.

Responsibilities:

• Provide reports on market conditions and lost sales within the assigned territory to deliver accurate insights that support decision making and improvement of sales strategies.
• Maintain accurate and up to date customer data, opportunities, forecasts, and sales pipeline information in the system to support planning and provide insights on customer behavior, market trends, and competitor activity.
• Follow up AR payments to support healthy cash flow.
• Coordinate with PSSR and PSSE in performing CTS activities for rental units to develop accurate parts forecasts, ensuring proper planning for maintenance needs, minimizing downtime, and supporting effective asset management across the rental fleet.
• Handle customer inquiries and operational issues during visits, communicate inspection findings, and provide recommendations.
• Conduct periodic customer visits to perform unit inspections, strengthen customer relationships, and collect accurate unit usage data required for preparing RFIs, and timely billing support.
• Coordinate and execute the unit handover process to customers, ensuring all equipment is delivered in proper condition, accompanied by the required documentation, and clearly communicated regarding operational guidelines, so that the unit is ready for us
