Job summary

Pt Malindo Feedmill, Tbk is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations, supervise staff, ensure accurate receiving, storage, and dispatch, maintain safety standards, and drive productivity with hands-on leadership and a focus on process discipline in Bandar Lampung.

This role supports distributed sites through remote coordination, requiring strong communication, remote team management, and proficiency with WMS and logistics software to optimize inventory,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Logistics or a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or in a similar leadership role within a warehouse setting.
• Solid understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and shipping/receiving procedures, with familiarity with WMS.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff, including assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
• Ensure accurate receiving, warehousing, and dispatch of goods according to established procedures.
• Implement and enforce safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
• Manage inventory levels and conduct regular cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
• Train new employees on warehouse procedures, safety protocols, and equipment operation.
• Develop, implement, and monitor warehouse operational strategies and procedures to enhance efficiency.
• Oversee inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Manage and mentor remote warehouse teams, setting performance expectations and providing guidance.
• Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and other technologies to track operations and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, sales, and customer service, to ensure seamless operations.
• Analyze performance data and generate reports to present to senior management, highlighting key metrics and recommendations.
