Scaleup Co. is seeking a Vendor Security Questionnaire Specialist to own the end-to-end questionnaire process across multiple client accounts. You’ll monitor requests from U.S.-based startups, coordinate with technical stakeholders, and complete questionnaires accurately and on time. Strong GRC, security, and vendor risk experience are essential.

The role is a contractor, 100% remote, with a flexible schedule and PST overlap for collaboration with the client team.

Competenze

• 2–4 years of experience completing vendor security questionnaires in a GRC/compliance or client-facing role.
• Hands-on experience completing SIG, CAIQ, or custom vendor questionnaires.
• Working knowledge of SOC 2 and ISO 27001.
• Understanding of SSO, MFA, encryption, cloud fundamentals, and vendor risk management.

Mansioni

• Monitor client channels and respond promptly to incoming security questionnaire requests.
• Create and manage tickets in Jira, Linear or other systems to track requests.
• Complete vendor questionnaires through spreadsheets and platforms like OneTrust/Whistic.
• Develop understanding of each client’s security posture and controls.
• Maintain and improve client answer libraries and knowledge bases.
• Coordinate with security consultants and SMEs for technical clarifications.
• Escalate gaps and ensure questionnaires meet deadlines.
