Ajaib Group is seeking a skilled IT Security Engineer to implement, monitor, and improve security across our fintech platform. You will identify vulnerabilities, respond to incidents, and ensure compliance with security policies while supporting a global remote engineering team.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience as an IT Security Engineer or similar role.
• Strong understanding of SIEM, IDS/IPS, WAF, and vulnerability scanning tools.
• Experience with incident response and security investigations.
• Knowledge of security best practices and standards (ISO 27001, NIST).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with network protocols, operating systems, and cloud environments.

Aufgaben

• Security Implementation and Maintenance: Implement and maintain security technologies such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, WAF, and other security tools.
• Configure and monitor security systems to detect and respond to security threats.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify weaknesses.
• Incident Response: Participate in security incident response efforts, including containment, eradication, and recovery.
• Analyze security logs and alerts to identify and respond to security incidents.
• Security Assessments and Audits: Perform security assessments, audits, and inspections to identify gaps and areas for improvement.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of security documentation and procedures.
• Security Monitoring and Analysis: Monitor security systems and logs for suspicious activity and potential security threats.
• Analyze security data and generate reports to identify trends and patterns.
• Security Policy and Procedure Implementation: Assist in the implementation of security policies, procedures, and standards.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and security best practices.
• Security Awareness and Training: Provide technical input for security awareness programs to employees on information security best practices and procedures.
• Technology Research: Stay current with emerging security threats and technologies, and evaluate their potential impact on the organization.
