Job summary

Komforce is seeking a highly independent Technical Recruiter to own end-to-end sourcing for niche Salesforce talent in a remote/offshore capacity. This role demands rigorous research, outreach, and candidate packaging.

You’ll work with autonomy, maintain data hygiene, and deliver strong shortlists for Architects, Developers, QA Leads, and Solution Consultants across APAC and global markets, with 3–4 hours daily overlap with Sydney.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in technical recruiting or sourcing (agency or in-house).
• Experience recruiting enterprise software / cloud / systems integration roles, preferably Salesforce.
• Strong research skills to independently build talent pools and lists.
• Excellent written English and professional communication.

Responsibilities

• Conduct talent research and market mapping for priority skill sets across APAC and global.
• Perform outreach and pipeline generation with personalized messaging and structured follow-ups.
• Screen and shortlist candidates; produce candidate briefs with strengths, risks, rate and availability.
• Coordinate interviews; manage communications and keep candidates engaged through the funnel.
• Provide weekly reporting on pipeline, outreach, and shortlist progress.
