Job summary

odixcity consulting is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead core technology initiatives remotely. You will bridge software, engineering, and product teams to deliver projects on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic goals.

Requirement includes 3–5 years in PM, a Bachelor’s degree, and proficiency with PM tools (Jira/Asana). Familiarity with Agile/Scrum/Kanban/Waterfall and strong communication across time zones are essential.

Qualifications

3–5 years of proven experience in project management.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.
Proficient in PM software (Jira, Asana, MS Project, Smartsheet).
Ability to collaborate across time zones and cultures.
Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or Waterfall.
Ability to read technical docs and translate concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
Familiarity with QA lifecycles and software deployment processes.
Certifications: PMP or PRINCE2 is a plus.
Budget tracking and data analysis with Excel or ERP systems.
Experience building flowcharts and WBS with Lucidchart or Visio.

Responsibilities

Define project scope, goals, and deliverables with global stakeholders.
Develop project plans with resources, timelines, and budgets; track progress with metrics.
Lead project teams and ensure clear cross-department communication.
Identify risks and mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
Present status updates, performance reports, and budgets to leadership and clients.
