Job summary

PT . Linchub Network Indonesia is seeking a Team Leader Freelance Dealing Specialist to guide our in-house Talent Acquisition team on a part-time basis. The role is remote from South Sumatra with potential to work from other locations across Indonesia.

You will supervise freelance dealing specialists, manage recruitment life cycle, coordinate client requirements, and drive TA performance while maintaining flexibility and KPI-driven incentives.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in B2B Sales, BD, Account Executive, Recruitment Agency, or In-house Talent Acquisition (TA).
• Must possess an active B2B client database.
• Target-oriented, active, communicative, and accustomed to working under tight targets.
• Capable of leading and growing a small team.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise and mentor a team of freelance dealing specialists, providing guidance, support and performance management.
• Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including vacancy identification, candidate sourcing, screening and placement.
• Manage and coordinate talent acquisition activities to meet client requirements and business objectives.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
• Monitor team performance metrics and provide constructive feedback to optimise results.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify staffing needs and tailor recruitment solutions.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment best practices and company policies.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement enhancements to TA operations.
• Prepare regular reports on recruitment activities, placements and team performance.
