Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a Sous Chef or Head Chef.

• Excellent remote communication and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote culinary guidance and support to kitchen teams, focusing on menu engineering and execution.

• Offer expert advice on ingredient sourcing, cost control, and inventory management via digital platforms.
• Train and mentor kitchen staff remotely through virtual sessions and digital resources.
• Collaborate with Head Chefs and operations teams to implement new culinary initiatives.
