Protelindo, Pt is seeking a Site Engineer with strong construction management skills for a fully remote role. You will oversee and coordinate construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards, all managed remotely.

You will liaise with on-site teams, contractors, and stakeholders to monitor progress, resolve issues, and implement best practices across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in site engineering and construction supervision.
• Proven ability to manage construction projects remotely using digital tools and communication platforms.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Proficiency in project management software and collaborative online tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical guidance and support to on-site construction teams.
• Monitor project progress against schedules and identify potential delays or risks.
• Review construction plans, specifications, and shop drawings for accuracy and compliance.
