The ideal candidate combines exceptional culinary expertise with strong remote communication skills, enabling standardized recipes and processes for diverse teams worldwide, while maintaining high standards of food safety and presentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie in a high-volume catering or restaurant environment.
• Proficiency in recipe development and remote communication; ability to guide across locations.

Responsabilités

• Provide remote culinary guidance and support to various kitchen operations.
• Monitor and analyze food quality, presentation, and preparation consistency.
• Assist in cost control measures and inventory management via digital platforms.
• Train and mentor kitchen staff remotely through virtual sessions and digital resources.
• Collaborate with Executive Chefs and operations teams to implement culinary initiatives.
• Stay updated on culinary trends and best practices.
