Job summary

AMI Financial Solutions, Bali-based PMA serving Australian mortgage brokers, is seeking a Senior Loan Processor with deep knowledge of Australian lending, to work remotely with flexible hours in a small, supportive team.

In this role you will analyze lending capability, perform scenario analyses, collect documents and ensure compliance with Australian lender policies, delivering clear guidance to clients and supporting successful home loan outcomes.

Qualifications

• MUST have knowledge of house mortgages and property investment strategy in Australia.
• MUST have knowledge of Australian Financial system.
• Solid understanding of Australian lender policies, the property market and investment loan structures.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Mathematics or related field.
• Fluent in English (writing and speaking).
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Self-motivated, curious, responsible and trustworthy.
• Experience in finance-related tasks, financial analysis and report writing.
• Analytical skills to evaluate and interpret financial data.
• Strong administrative skill to ensure accuracy in data collection.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients by analysing lending capability and advising on best home loan options.
• Conduct scenario analyses and document collection to meet compliance needs.
• Ensure compliance with Australian lender policies and market practices.
• Develop comprehensive financial plans for home loan structures.
• Communicate clearly with clients in English and maintain accurate records.
