Job summary

Robo Loans is hiring an AI Automation Engineer (CRM & Systems) to own and improve the systems that run the business weekly. You will build automations, connect tools, and deploy AI agents that save time, shipping something every week from a remote setup across Indonesia.

You’ll work with Zoho CRM, webhooks, APIs and AI APIs, and you’ll be responsible for lead tracking accuracy, onboarding processes, and reporting.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years building web systems, including at least one end-to-end owned project.
• Hands-on use of automation tools (n8n, Make or Zapier) and at least one AI/LLM project that went live.
• Professional-level spoken and written English: you'll work daily with Australian briefs, processes and colleagues.

• Build AI agents and workflows (OpenAI or Claude APIs, n8n or Make) that sort leads and hand them to brokers at the right moment
• Run our web forms and sites (Netlify or similar) and keep lead tracking accurate (UTMs, Meta Pixel and Conversions API)
• Connect SMS and WhatsApp messaging (Twilio or WhatsApp Business API)
• Write short notes on how things work, and demo what you've shipped

About us Robo Loans is an Australian car and asset finance broker. We run on systems: our CRM, website, messaging and AI agents do much of the work a back office would. Our founder wants a builder who works closely with him, remotely.

The role You'll own the systems that run the business week to week. You'll build automations, connect our tools, and put AI agents to work where they save time. You'll ship something every week.

What you'll do
