Qualifications

• Strong numerical and analytical abilities for investment analysis.
• Good judgment and ability to follow established processes.

Responsibilities

• Property Sourcing: identify residential investment opportunities in Australian markets.
• Agent communication: gather price, terms, and rental data via calls with agents.
• Property analysis: evaluate properties against a 15-point investment scorecard.
• Critical thinking: weigh yield, value-add and risk factors to form a view.
• Property presentation: clearly summarise opportunities with rationale for progression or rejection.
