CARE Technologies is seeking a Senior Business Development professional in Jakarta to identify and develop new business opportunities, generate leads, and drive revenue growth for CARE solutions. The role partners with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders to promote technology solutions and achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities include developing BD strategies, building a strong sales pipeline, conducting client presentations, and guiding pre- to post-sales engagements.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT industry and selling software/IT services.
• Excellent negotiation and client-facing abilities.
• Ability to collaborate across tech, consulting and sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities and generate leads.
• Build and maintain a sales pipeline and forecast opportunities.
• Conduct client presentations, product demonstrations, and solution discussions.
• Establish and maintain strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor.
• Participate in contract negotiations and commercial discussions.
