Job summary

SALESSTAR MEXICO is seeking a proactive Senior Account Executive to lead go-to-market for cross-border payments and stablecoin treasury solutions across LatAm. Remote from El Salvador, you’ll engage CFOs and Treasurers at mid-market to enterprise clients and demonstrate clear ROI.

You’ll own the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract, orchestrate pilots, and collaborate with Product and Compliance. Fluency in English and Spanish is required; Portuguese is a plus.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of B2B enterprise sales experience with a track record of hitting quotas.
• Direct experience selling cross-border payments, FX, treasury, or crypto infrastructure.
• Ability to build ROI analyses and articulate risk to finance buyers.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales lifecycle from outbound prospecting to contract execution.
• Target mid-market to enterprise exporters, e-commerce, SaaS, and logistics in LatAm.
• Lead pilots, structure commercial proposals, and close high-value deals.
• Collaborate with Product, Compliance, and external custody partners.
• Translate field feedback into actionable product and GTM improvements.
