IBMC is assisting a fast-growing international Marketing & PR Agency in hiring an Account & Success Manager. You will act as the bridge between international fintech/securities clients and internal delivery teams, managing client health, onboarding, and ongoing inquiries.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in account management within fintech or financial services, strong English, and experience with CRM tools. This remote role offers global exposure and collaboration with high-profile brands.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Client Relations within Marketing/PR or fintech/financial services.
• Direct experience or deep familiarity with Fintech, Securities/Brokerages, Trading Platforms, or Capital Markets.
• Exceptional verbal and written English communication; comfortable presenting to C-level executives.
• Pre-Sales & Client Pitching: ability to participate in discovery calls and translate client needs into solutions.
• Proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot/Salesforce) and project tools (Asana/Monday.com); data presentation skills.
• High emotional intelligence, problem-solving agility, and ownership over client outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for international fintech/securities accounts, aligning with business objectives.
• Participate in pitch meetings and strategy calls with prospective clients alongside the BD team.
• Serve as first responder for client inquiries, technical requests, and escalations.
• Lead onboarding for newly signed clients, translating sales promises into delivery workflows.
• Monitor account health, conduct MB/Rs, and identify upsell opportunities within accounts.
• Coordinate with PR, content, and media teams to ensure compliant, high-quality campaigns.
