Job summary

MileApp, an Indonesia-based SaaS company, seeks a skilled Business Analyst to analyze client requirements and translate them into actionable specs for Product and Engineering. You will perform gap analyses, build business cases, and surface data-driven insights to strengthen solution recommendations.

The role requires a minimum Bachelor's in Information Systems, Management, or Statistics; 3+ years in SaaS/tech; strong SQL and advanced Excel skills; familiarity with BI tools is a plus.

Qualifications

• Root-cause analysis of client requests and needs.
• Translate requirements into clear functional specs for Product and Engineering.
• Perform gap analyses between needs and current product capabilities.
• Develop business cases and ROI analyses for proposed solutions.
• Analyze operational data to surface actionable insights for recommendations.
• Support complex data-heavy cases requiring deep analytical work.
• Maintain clean, standardized BRDs/FRDs/User stories linking Sales, Product, and Engineering.

Responsibilities
