Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in data analytics or BI.
• Strong SQL skills and data aggregation.
• Experience building interactive BI dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio).
• Excel proficiency including PivotTables and Power Query.
• Familiarity with PostgreSQL/MySQL/SQL Server.

As a Data Analyst, you will play an important role in supporting business operations by providing accurate, timely, and relevant analytical information. You will collaborate with stakeholders to identify reporting requirements, analyze data from multiple sources, and develop dashboards that effectively communicate business performance. This role requires strong expertise in SQL, data visualization, data validation, and business intelligence tools, along with the ability to interpret complex datasets and present clear recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Extract, clean, validate, and analyze data from multiple databases and business systems to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize interactive dashboards and analytical reports using Power BI, Tableau, or other business intelligence tools.
• Perform data analysis to identify business trends, operational patterns, performance gaps, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements, define key performance indicators (KPIs), and translate business needs into analytical solutions.
• Write and optimize SQL queries to retrieve, combine, and transform datasets for reporting and business analysis purposes.
• Conduct data reconciliation, quality checks, and validation processes to identify inconsistencies, anomalies, missing values, and reporting discrepancies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst, Reporting Analyst, or a related role.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, including complex queries, joins, subqueries, Common Table Expressions (CTEs), and data aggregation.
• Hands-on experience developing interactive dashboards and business intelligence reports using Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, or similar tools.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, Power Query, lookup functions, and data analysis formulas.
• Familiarity with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, Microsoft SQL Server, or equivalent database systems.
• Experience working with DAX, Power Query M, or other data modeling and transformation tools is an advantage.
