Job summary

Reemotely (PT Linkbot Tech Indonesia) is seeking a proactive Recruitment Intern to support our recruitment team in building a robust talent pipeline for remote roles across Asia.

You will source candidates, enrich the database, schedule interviews, and assist with postings while gradually taking ownership of hiring requisitions in months 4–6. This internship offers remote work, a 6-month duration, and hands-on experience in talent acquisition.

Qualifications

• Must have at least one prior experience in recruiting or talent acquisition (internship, part-time, or involvement)
• Currently in third year or final year of study, or a recent graduate in HRM, Business Admin, Management, Psychology, Law, Applied Linguistics, or related fields
• Strong English communication skills (C1) both written and spoken

Responsibilities

• Source, identify, and interview suitable candidates for the talent pool using JobStreet as the principal sourcing platform
• Enrich the recruitment database with passive and active candidates
• Conduct initial outreach and maintain engagement with potential future applicants
• Assist with job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate coordination
• Shadow full-time recruiters during interviews to observe best practices
