Pt Sumber Jaya Industri Oleo is seeking a Remote Production Planning Analyst to optimize schedules, forecast demand, and allocate resources across manufacturing operations. You will collaborate with production managers, supply chain, and sales to align plans with business targets while maintaining accuracy in data and reporting.
The role requires a Bachelor's in Industrial Engineering or related field, 3+ years in production planning, and proficiency with SAP APO, Oracle ASCP or similar ERP/MRP
Competenze
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years in production planning, scheduling, or analytical manufacturing roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with planning software (SAP APO, Oracle ASCP) or similar ERP/MRP systems.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing is a plus.
Mansioni
- Develop and maintain detailed production schedules based on demand forecasts and capacity.
- Analyze production data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with sales and operations to ensure alignment of plans with business needs.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage material requirements planning (MRP).
- Generate reports on production performance, capacity utilization, and forecast accuracy.
- Identify risks to production schedules and propose mitigation.
- Communicate plans and updates remotely to stakeholders.
