Apical is seeking a highly analytical Remote Production Planning Analyst to optimize schedules, forecast demand, and allocate resources for manufacturing targets. This fully remote role may involve Tangerang-based facilities and collaboration with cross-functional teams to align planning with business goals.

You will leverage SAP APO, Oracle ASCP, or similar ERP/MRP tools, analyze data for trends, and drive continuous improvement in production planning and control in a remote environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or related quantitative field.
• Minimum of 3 years in production planning, scheduling, or related analytical role in manufacturing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in production planning software (e.g., SAP APO, Oracle ASCP, or similar ERP/MRP systems).
• Excellent understanding of manufacturing processes and supply chain principles.
• Effective remote communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines remotely.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
• Experience in data analysis and reporting.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing concepts is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain detailed production schedules based on demand forecasts and capacity.
• Analyze production data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure alignment of production plans with business needs.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage material requirements planning (MRP).
• Generate reports on production performance, capacity utilization, and forecast accuracy.
• Optimize resource allocation, including labor, machinery, and materials.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks to production schedules.
• Utilize planning software and tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Communicate production plans and updates effectively to relevant stakeholders remotely.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in production planning and control.
