Job summary

Pt Pesta Pora Abadi is seeking a remote Production Planning Analyst to optimize schedules, forecast demand, and manage MRP in a fully remote role. You will work with production managers, supply chain, and sales to align plans with targets, supporting facilities including Tangerang operations.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering or related field, with 3+ years in production planning, strong data analysis, and proficiency in SAP APO or Oracle ASCP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed production schedules based on demand forecasts and capacity.
• Analyze production data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure alignment of production plans with business needs.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage material requirements planning (MRP).
• Generate reports on production performance, capacity utilization, and forecast accuracy.
• Optimize resource allocation, including labor, machinery, and materials.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks to production schedules.
• Utilize planning software and tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Communicate production plans and updates effectively to relevant stakeholders remotely.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in production planning and control.
