Job summary

NinjaOne is seeking a Payroll Accountant to ensure accurate payroll-related accounting and robust general ledger processes. You will reconcile payroll accounts, contribute to month-end close, and collaborate with our US Accounting team from Indonesia.

The role supports a remote UPS-based schedule (US hours) and requires 2–5 years of GL experience, including payroll, with a strong eye for detail and cross-functional collaboration with HR, AP, and FP&A teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred but not required.
• 2–5 years of GL accounting experience, including payroll accounting and reconciliations.
• Familiarity with payroll platforms and multi-state withholding rules.

Responsibilities

• Prepare payroll-related journal entries and reconciliations.
• Reconcile payroll-related balance sheet accounts to the GL.
• Assist month-end close and liaise with US Accounting team.
• Review contractor-related accruals and reclassify as needed.
• Support audits with documentation and schedules.
