Job summary

NinjaOne is seeking a Senior Accountant to manage Indonesian finance operations, AR, and cross-border accounting support. This hybrid role requires collaboration with the People team and external advisors to ensure compliance and accurate financial reporting for Indonesia and Singapore entities.

You will guide junior staff, support audits, and assist in tax planning while maintaining internal controls and timely statutory filings in a fast-growing, global IT environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3+ years of accounting/financial reporting experience.
• Proficiency with ERP software (Oracle Netsuite) and Excel.
• Understanding of GAAP/IFRS and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day Indonesia finance matters including AP, expenses, and banking.
• Record and reconcile customer receipts; manage AR follow-ups with billing team.
• Provide guidance to junior staff; review work for accuracy; prepare balance sheets and reports for Indonesia and Singapore entities.
• Support corporate compliance, tax matters, regulatory filings, and liaison with tax advisors.
