Job summary

Pt. Natari Pratama invites applications for an Accountant to join our finance team in Indonesia. The role covers recording and reconciling financial transactions, managing accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and generating reports to support management decisions.

The ideal candidate has a background in accounting or finance, familiarity with XPM and Xero is preferred, strong English communication, and at least 1 year of experience. Australian company exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Background in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Knowledge and experience with XPM and Xero software (Preferred).
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skill (Professional).
• Familiar with Australian Company (Preferred).
• Minimum 1+ Years Experience as Accounting, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Recording and organizing financial transactions, including income, expenses, and debts, using accounting software or paper ledgers.
• Tracking accounts receivable and payable, and ensuring that payments are made on time.
• Reconciling bank statements and other financial records to ensure accuracy.
• Creating financial statements and reports to help management make informed decisions.
• Managing payroll system, ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time.
• Ensuring that financial records comply with accounting standards and regulations.
• Assisting with budgeting and forecasting to help the organization plan for the future.
