Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim seeks an Account Manager for a part-time role in Greater Jakarta with remote work flexibility. You will manage client portfolios, seek new sales opportunities, and deliver tailored proposals to meet client needs.

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Administration or related field.
2–3 years of proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar client-relations role.
Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English, with excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

Manage an assigned portfolio of accounts and build long-term client relationships.
Identify new sales opportunities and drive growth within existing accounts.
Prepare tailored proposals and presentations for client needs.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and service quality.
Monitor account health, handle escalations, and report progress to management.
Track sales metrics and client retention, reporting results regularly.
Participate in client meetings and networking to generate new business leads.
Maintain accurate CRM data and sales activities for transparency.
