Job summary

Divino Gili Air is seeking a Remote Marketing Operations Specialist to optimize the marketing tech stack, ensure data integrity, and support global campaigns.

You will manage CRM and automation platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot), build workflows, scoring models, dashboards, and provide training to the marketing team.

This fully remote role requires 3+ years in Marketing Operations, strong data management and analytics, and excellent communication for a distributed organization.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Marketing Operations or MarTech management.
• Experience with HubSpot/Marketo/Pardot and Salesforce.
• Data management, segmentation, and analytics.
• HTML/CSS for emails is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for remote teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage, configure, and optimize the marketing technology stack (CRM, marketing automation, analytics).
• Develop and maintain efficient marketing workflows and lead management processes.
• Ensure data hygiene and integrity across all platforms.
• Build, test, and deploy marketing automation campaigns (email, nurtures, scoring).
• Develop and manage lead scoring models for sales handoff.
• Create dashboards and reports to track marketing performance.
• Collaborate with sales operations for sales/marketing alignment.
• Provide training and technical support on tools to the marketing team.
• Stay updated on new marketing technologies and best practices.
• Assist in A/B testing and experimentation for campaigns and processes.
