Job summary

Divino Gili Air is seeking a Remote Marketing Operations Specialist to optimize the marketing tech stack, ensure data integrity, and support global campaigns.

You will manage CRM and automation platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot), build workflows, scoring models, dashboards, and provide training to the marketing team.

This fully remote role requires 3+ years in Marketing Operations, strong data management and analytics, and excellent communication for a distributed organization.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Marketing Operations or MarTech management.
• Experience with HubSpot/Marketo/Pardot and Salesforce.
• Data management, segmentation, and analytics.
• HTML/CSS for emails is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for remote teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Marketing Operations, MarTech management, or a similar role.
• Proven expertise with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics).
• Strong understanding of data management, segmentation, and analytics.
• Experience with HTML/CSS for email and landing page customization is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Proficiency in creating reports and dashboards using tools like Google Analytics or BI platforms.
