Job summary

Divino Gili Air is seeking a Remote Marketing Operations Specialist to optimize our marketing tech stack and processes. You will manage CRM systems, marketing automation, and analytics to ensure flawless campaign execution and data integrity across global teams.

Responsibilities include building workflows, lead scoring, reporting, and collaboration with sales operations. A strong background in MarTech, data management, and analytics is required for this fully remote role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in Marketing Operations or similar role.
• Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRMs.
• Strong data management, segmentation, and analytics skills.
• HTML/CSS for email/landing page customization is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize the marketing tech stack (CRM, automation, analytics).
• Develop and maintain efficient marketing workflows for campaigns and reporting.
• Ensure data hygiene and integrity across platforms.
• Build, test, and deploy marketing automation campaigns (emails, nurtures).
• Develop and manage lead scoring models for sales handoff.
• Create and maintain dashboards to track key metrics.
