Job summary

Pt Seiv Indonesia is seeking a Remote Inside Sales Specialist to promote and sell an e-learning platform. This fully remote role targets educational institutions, corporate trainers, and individual learners nationwide.

You will understand client needs, demonstrate value, and guide prospects through the sales process to successful conversions. The ideal candidate has inside sales experience, excellent communication, and strong presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in inside sales or customer-facing roles in software/edtech is preferred.
• Strong communication, listening and presentation skills are required.
• Ability to articulate technical features clearly and manage multiple leads.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound leads and conduct outbound calls to prospective clients.
• Conduct virtual product demonstrations and presentations.
• Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Guide prospects through the sales funnel from contact to contract.
• Collaborate with marketing to provide feedback on lead quality and campaigns.
• Maintain accurate sales activity records in the CRM.
