Job summary

PT Inspirasi Edukasi Indonesia seeks a dynamic leader to guide a team of Trial Class Managers and Education Sales Consultants. You will monitor performance metrics such as trial volume, conversion rates, and revenue, setting clear targets and coaching for improvement.

You will conduct regular 1:1s and reviews, ensure high-quality trial classes and parent consultations, and provide actionable feedback to enhance delivery and engagement while building a positive, accountable remote team culture.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales, education, customer success, or related field.
• Experience leading, supervising, or coaching a sales/customer-facing team preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
• Fluency in Bahasa Melayu highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and support a team of Trial Class Managers and Education Sales Consultants.
• Monitor performance metrics including trial class volume, conversion rates, revenue, and KPIs.
• Set clear performance expectations and help consultants achieve biweekly and monthly targets.
• Identify performance gaps and provide coaching and development plans.
• Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and team check-ins.
