Job summary

TELUS Digital is seeking a Human-AI Interaction (HAI) & UX Specialist to design intuitive AI experiences that move AI from tool to partner. You will optimize multi-turn conversations, reduce cognitive load, and build user trust, shaping how users interact with advanced AI systems.

You will study friction between human intent and machine response, refining personality, empathy, and logic of AI to ensure technology adapts to humans across diverse contexts and languages.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HCI, Cognitive Psychology, UX Research, or Behavioral Economics.
Native-level proficiency (C2+) in your primary language is mandatory for evaluating dialogue quality.
English proficiency minimum B1 (Intermediate) for global collaboration.

Responsibilities

Conversational UX auditing of multi-turn interactions to optimize state, cognitive load, and concise responses.
Identify overconfidence or excessive caution and refine calibration of trust.
Develop and test personas and tone to ensure alignment across industries.
Evaluate accessibility and inclusivity to ensure global applicability of dialogue.
