Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Audio Engineering, Sound Engineering, Music Technology, Phonetics, Speech-Language Pathology, Computer Science (Speech/AI focus) or related fields.
• Professional experience in Voice recording.
• Experience with at least one professional audio tool (iZotope RX, Reaper, Audacity, Logic Pro, Cubase, or other DAWs).
• Knowledge of audio editing/restoration, speech segmentation, spectrogram analysis, and audio quality assessment.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated speech (TTS) for naturalness, pronunciation, rhythm, tone, emotion, and voice quality.
• Review and improve ASR outputs by identifying transcription and pronunciation issues.
• Perform audio editing tasks including segmentation, trimming, noise reduction, and quality enhancement.
• Analyze recordings using waveform/spectrogram tools to identify quality issues.
• Support creation/validation of high-quality speech datasets for AI model training/evaluation.
• Review voice recordings for clarity, articulation, and technical quality.
• Perform audio quality checks: loudness, background noise, clipping, distortion, export specs.
• Support voice AI projects including TTS, ASR, voice generation, and evaluation.
• Apply phonetics, linguistics, audio engineering, or speech-tech expertise to improve AI voices.
