Job summary

Pt Sakti Pangan Perkasa is seeking a dedicated Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Specialist to join our remote operations support team. You will remotely assist mining sites by developing robust HSE policies, procedures, and training programs from your home office.

The role focuses on fostering a strong safety culture, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering remote guidance across multiple sites with emphasis on risk assessment, incident investigation, and training delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HSE roles, preferably within mining or heavy industry.
• Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and best practices.
• Experience with risk assessment methodologies and incident investigation techniques.
• Excellent communication and remote collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and review HSE policies, procedures, and risk assessments for mining operations.
• Assist sites with the implementation of safety management systems and incident investigation protocols.
• Prepare and deliver remote HSE training modules to site personnel.
• Monitor regulatory changes and ensure ongoing compliance across various sites.
• Analyze HSE performance data and identify trends to recommend corrective actions.
• Support the development and execution of emergency response plans.
• Conduct virtual audits and assessments of HSE practices.
