The role focuses on fostering a strong safety culture, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering remote guidance across multiple sites with emphasis on risk assessment, incident investigation, and training delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HSE roles, preferably within mining or heavy industry.
• Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and best practices.
• Experience with risk assessment methodologies and incident investigation techniques.
• Excellent communication and remote collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and review HSE policies, procedures, and risk assessments for mining operations.
• Assist sites with the implementation of safety management systems and incident investigation protocols.
• Prepare and deliver remote HSE training modules to site personnel.
