Job summary

MatchaTalent is seeking Hiring Partners to source candidates and perform initial qualification for roles across multiple industries. You will collaborate with the Recruitment Delivery team to present qualified profiles and support the recruitment process.

Ideal candidates have agency or in-house recruitment experience, strong communication, and the ability to work independently in a remote, flexible environment with a performance-based partnership model.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment or talent sourcing.
• Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, professional networks or other sourcing channels.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented when reviewing CVs and candidate information.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates for junior, mid-level, senior, managerial, and executive positions
• Review candidate profiles against job requirements
• Conduct initial discussions with candidates to assess their background, experience, interest, availability, and expectations
• Submit qualified candidates that meet the requirements of the assigned position
• Provide relevant candidate information and feedback to the MatchaTalent team
• Coordinate with Recruitment Delivery Managers regarding hiring requirements and candidate feedback
• Use sourcing channels such as LinkedIn, Boolean Search, job portals, professional networks, and social media
• Maintain accurate candidate information using the recruitment tools and processes provided by MatchaTalent
• Follow MatchaTalent's candidate qualification and submission standards
