• Collaborate with Delivery Managers to understand hiring needs and priorities.
• Utilize sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn, Boolean Search, job portals, and social media.
• Maintain candidate tracking using company-recommended tools.
• Continuously develop your recruitment expertise through our training series.
