Responsibilities

Source qualified candidates for low, mid, senior, and executive roles.
Review candidate profiles and submit qualified CVs meeting client requirements.
Collaborate with Delivery Managers to understand hiring needs and priorities.
Utilize sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn, Boolean search, job portals, and social media.
Maintain candidate tracking using company-recommended tools.
Develop recruitment expertise through our training series.
