Have recruitment or sourcing experience (agency, in-house, or independent)

Are passionate about identifying top talent

Prefer to focus on sourcing rather than full-cycle recruitment

Your Responsibilities

• Source qualified candidates for low, mid, senior, and executive-level positions
• Review candidate profiles and submit Qualified CVs that meet client requirements
• Collaborate with Delivery Managers to understand hiring needs and priorities
• Utilize sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn, Boolean Search, job portals, and social media
• Maintain candidate tracking using company-recommended tools
• Continuously develop your recruitment expertise through our 101 Recruitment Hacks training series
