This role offers real ownership with progression toward Operations Manager and a clear path to management, while enabling flexible remote work and exposure to cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in community growth or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant area.
• Ability to use data to drive decisions and growth.

Responsibilities

• Grow and manage the community of coaches and individual users.
• Increase monthly active users, engagement rates, and platform participation.
• Promote key platform features such as profiling tools and AI matching.
• Support coaching certifications and learning resources.
• Run data-driven reviews, weekly performance tracking, and reporting.
