PINTAR in Indonesia is seeking a Community & Growth Lead to build and scale our ecosystem of career coaches and individual users. You will drive community engagement, user acquisition, and revenue growth while collaborating with product, marketing, and global operations.

This role offers real ownership with progression toward Operations Manager and a clear path to management, while enabling flexible remote work and exposure to cross-functional teams.

Competenze

• Minimum 3 years of experience in community growth or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant area.
• Ability to use data to drive decisions and growth.
