Pt Kirana Daya Megatama is seeking a Senior Contract Manager to oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of global supply chain contracts in a fully remote capacity. You will negotiate terms, draft MSAs/SOWs/NDAs, and mitigate risks while coordinating with procurement, legal, and finance teams worldwide.

The role requires a strong background in commercial contract law, procurement, and logistics, with at least seven years of experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree or CPSM/IACCM is a plus.
• Minimum 7 years in contract management, procurement, or commercial law with focus on supply chain agreements.
• Experience negotiating and drafting complex international contracts.
• Strong understanding of supply chain operations, logistics, and procurement practices.
• Familiar with cross-border transactions and relevant contract law principles.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with contract management software and MS Office.
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote setting and manage multiple priorities.
• Fluency in English; other languages are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end contract lifecycle management for supply chain and procurement agreements.
• Negotiate contract terms to ensure favorable pricing, delivery, and quality.
• Draft and review MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, and procurement agreements.
• Identify and mitigate legal and commercial risks in contracts.
• Collaborate with procurement, legal, finance, and operations to align strategies.
• Manage contract administration, tracking key dates and performance obligations.
• Develop standardized contract templates and playbooks for procurement functions.
• Ensure contracts comply with laws and company policies.
• Conduct regular contract reviews and renewals, and address disputes.
