Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia is seeking a seasoned Supply Chain Manager to lead end-to-end supply chain operations for large ICT projects in a global context. You will coordinate demand fulfillment, ordering, logistics, and inventory while driving risk mitigation and continuous improvement.

The role requires at least 7+ years in supply chain or logistics, with proven leadership in multinational, high-volume environments.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in any discipline is required.
Excellent cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills are essential.
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities are expected.
Professional proficiency in English is mandatory; Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end supply chain activities: demand planning, ordering, fulfillment, logistics, inventory, and distribution.
Design and manage fulfillment strategies for large ICT projects during bidding, implementation, and delivery.
Coordinate with operations, procurement, logistics, planning, finance, sales, and project management for aligned execution.
Oversee high-volume order fulfillment and inventory movements with accuracy and efficiency.
Monitor capacity, lead times, logistics performance, and project milestones to mitigate risks.
Manage BCM, import/customs issues, bottlenecks, and disruptions to minimize impact.
Analyze performance, costs, and customer satisfaction to drive improvements.
Prepare reports and strategic recommendations for senior management and regional stakeholders.
