Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• 10+ years in procurement and strategic sourcing.
• Global/intl procurement experience.
• Proven ability to lead remote teams and reduce costs.
• Experience with cross-cultural negotiation and trade regulations.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and procurement software.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management in virtual environments.
• Fluency in English; other languages advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement global sourcing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Lead international supplier relationships, including negotiation, contracts, and performance reviews.
• Identify opportunities for cost reductions and supply chain optimization.
• Ensure compliance with trade regulations and company policies.
• Manage global procurement budgets and forecast expenditures.
• Mentor a dispersed procurement team and foster a high-performance remote culture.
• Collaborate with regional stakeholders to meet diverse procurement needs.
• Mitigate supply chain risks and develop contingency plans.
• Drive procurement process innovation and use of technology.
• Conduct regular supplier performance reviews and drive continuous improvements.
