Techconnect.id in Jakarta is seeking a Senior Contract Manager to lead end-to-end lifecycle management across business units. You will develop standardized templates, enforce governance, and ensure compliance with legal and internal policies while partnering with Legal, Procurement, Finance, and Business Units to align risk and commercial positions.

The role requires 10–15 years of experience in contract management or related fields and a strong track record in cross-border negotiations.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 10–15 years of experience in contract management, legal, procurement, or governance.
• Experience in multi-industry / conglomerate environments.
• Deep knowledge of contract law and risk allocation.
• Experience managing high-value and cross-border contracts.

Aufgaben

• Lead end-to-end contract lifecycle management across business units.
• Develop and enforce standardized contract templates and governance across industries.
• Ensure all contracts comply with legal, regulatory, and internal policy requirements.
• Partner with Legal, Procurement, Finance, and Business Units to align commercial and risk positions.
• Drive contract risk assessment, mitigation strategies, and dispute prevention mechanisms.
• Establish contract repository system and ensure data integrity, visibility, and audit readiness.
• Monitor key contractual obligations, SLAs, penalties, and compliance adherence.
• Lead contract performance reviews and continuous improvement of contract terms.
• Manage escalations, disputes, and negotiation of high-value/complex agreements.
• Develop KPI framework for contract efficiency, cycle time, compliance, and value leakage prevention.
• Lead and develop contract management team across group level.

2. Develop and enforce standardized contract templates, clauses, and governance frameworks across industries

3. Ensure all contracts comply with legal, regulatory, and internal policy requirements

4. Partner with Legal, Procurement, Finance, and Business Units to align commercial and risk positions

5. Drive contract risk assessment, mitigation strategies, and dispute prevention mechanisms

6. Establish contract repository system and ensure data integrity, visibility, and audit readiness

7. Monitor key contractual obligations, SLAs, penalties, and compliance adherence

12. This role will manage 2 HC Contract Management Specialist

1. Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, or related field (Master's preferred) 10-15 years of experience in contract management, legal, procurement, or commercial governance

2. Strong exposure to multi-industry / conglomerate environment preferred

3. Deep knowledge of contract law, commercial terms, and risk allocation principles

4. Experience in managing high-value, complex, and cross-border contracts

5. Strong stakeholder management across senior leadership and business units

6. Proven leadership in building governance frameworks and centralized functions

7. Experience with contract management systems (CLM tools) is an advantage
