Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end contract lifecycle management for supply chain and procurement agreements
• Negotiate contract terms and conditions with suppliers and vendors to ensure favorable pricing, delivery schedules, and quality standards
• Draft and review complex contracts, including master service agreements (MSAs), statements of work (SOWs), NDAs, and procurement agreements
• Identify and assess legal and commercial risks within contracts and develop mitigation strategies
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including procurement, legal, finance, and operations teams, to align contract strategies with business objectives
• Manage contract administration, including tracking key dates, compliance, and performance obligations
• Develop and implement standardized contract templates and playbooks for procurement and supply chain functions
• Ensure all contracts comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
• Conduct regular contract reviews and recommend necessary amendments or renewals
• Resolve contractual disputes with suppliers and vendors in a professional and timely manner

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant professional certification (e.g., CPSM, IACCM) is a plus.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in contract management, procurement, or commercial law, with a significant focus on supply chain agreements
• Demonstrated expertise in negotiating and drafting complex international commercial contracts
• Strong understanding of supply chain operations, logistics, and procurement best practices
• Familiarity with relevant legal principles governing contracts, particularly in cross-border transactions
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders
• Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities effectively in a remote setting
• Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages is an advantage
