Job summary

Summits Group, a global K-Beauty & Medical Group headquartered in South Korea, seeks a Freelance Korean Speaker / Interpreter to bridge communication between Korean doctors, clinical teams and patients. The role involves handling inquiries via social channels, providing accurate translations, and assisting with early influencer outreach.

The position is remote (WFA) with 6:00 pm–1:00 am shifts, 7 days a week, supporting Summits Group brands in Indonesia.

Qualifications

• Korean: conversational to business-level speaking required; KIIP completion preferred.
• Proven experience communicating with Korean clients/companies.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via Instagram, TikTok, and WhatsApp with quick, polite responses.
• Guide customers through full flow using FAQs, scripts, and clinic guidelines.
• Follow up with leads to maximize conversion.
• Update CRM/Notion with consultation notes and outcomes.
• Coordinate with Korea HQ, Marketing, and Operations.
