Job summary

PT. MEGAH ESTETIKA PERKASA in BSD, Tangerang seeks a multilingual translator and administrator to bridge Korean, English, and Bahasa Indonesia. You will schedule appointments, prepare clinics, translate discussions, and compile routine reports.

The role requires strong English communication, multitasking ability, and the ability to work with Korea and Indonesia teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English.
• Experience in Beauty Consultant and Personal Assistant is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced corporate environment.
• Familiarity with Korean corporate culture and business etiquette is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Translate and interpret business discussions, emails, and official documents between Korean, English, and Bahasa Indonesia as needed.
• Provide information and interpret/clarify for clients and teams.
• Make appointments and confirm treatment schedules with clients, aligning with doctors' availability.
• Ensure the room and all facilities are ready for treatments/services.
• Input data and create routine clinic operational reports.
• Support management executives in day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth communication with Korea and Indonesia teams.
• Support marketing programs, including promos and other activities to increase sales.

Act as translator and communicator for Korean user

Translate and interpret business discussions, emails, and official documents between Korean, English, and Bahasa Indonesia as needed.

Requirements
