Job summary

Cosmax Indonesia is seeking a Korean Language Interpreter to join the GA & EHS team in Ciracas, East Jakarta. The role supports communication between Korean management and local teams, ensuring smooth operations and compliance.

Candidates should have a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Korean Language or a related field, with fresh graduates welcome. Proficiency in Korean and English, along with administrative task skills, is required. The position is onsite from Monday to Friday, 08.00 – 17.00.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates are welcome; candidates with minimum 2 years of experience as a Korean Interpreter/Translator will be an advantage.
• TOPIK Level 4 or above is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a professional communication bridge between Korean management and Indonesian employees.
• Manage and maintain GA & EHS documentation and records accurately.
• Support GA & EHS operations, including asset control and audits.
• Handle administrative matters for Korean expatriates.
• Coordinate business travel and logistics for official duties.
• Provide employee support services, including insurance claim documentation.

This role is based in Ciracas, East Jakarta, and plays a key part in supporting effective communication between Korean management and local teams, ensuring smooth daily operations and compliance activities.

Qualifications:

1. Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Korean Language or a related field.
2. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; candidates with minimum 2 years of experience as a Korean Interpreter/Translator will be an advantage.
3. Active proficiency in Korean, both spoken and written, is mandatory.
4. Business and/or industrial Korean proficiency is highly preferred.
5. TOPIK Level 4 or above is preferred.
6. Active proficiency in English, both spoken and written, is required.
7. Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to handle administrative tasks, including filing and document control.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Serve as a professional communication bridge between Korean management and Indonesian employees, including interpretation, translation, and meeting minutes.
• Manage and maintain GA & EHS documentation and records accurately, both physical and digital, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
• Support GA & EHS operations, including asset control, audits, events, and implementation of 5R/5S, GMP/CPKB, personal hygiene, safety, and environmental standards.
• Handle administrative matters for Korean expatriates, such as KITAS and stay permit processes.
• Coordinate business travel and logistics for official duties, including transportation arrangements.
• Provide employee support services, including insurance claim documentation and cross-team support when required.
