As a Translator Korea, you will play a crucial role in bridging communication between our Korean-speaking clients, partners and stakeholders, and our Indonesian operations. Your work will be instrumental in ensuring clear, accurate and culturally appropriate communication across all business functions, contributing directly to the success of our international operations.
Two-way Business Interpretation: Responsible for real-time Korean ⇔ Indonesian interpretation during business negotiations with Korean clients, cooperation discussions, client visits, and video conferences to ensure smooth business communication.
End-to-End Client Follow-up: Responsible for dedicated follow-up with Korean business partners, including cooperation requirements, order progress, after-sales issues, contract/cooperation renewals, and independently maintaining strong business relationships with clients.
Business Document Translation: Responsible for accurate translation, proofreading, and filing of Korean-Indonesian business contracts, quotations, cooperation proposals, official correspondence, and project-related documents.
Business Record Management: Record the content of each business discussion, client requirements, and cooperation progress; regularly prepare follow-up reports and proactively facilitate project implementation.
Daily Business Coordination: Coordinate between the Korean team and the company's internal departments, handle daily business coordination matters, and ensure stable and smooth cooperation.
Education: Bachelor's degree or above from a full-time university program.
Language: Native Indonesian speaker with fluent and proficient Korean language skills. Strong business communication and Korean-Indonesian interpretation and translation skills are required. TOPIK Level 4-6 is preferred.
Personal Qualities: Familiar with basic business etiquette; proactive and positive; possesses strong client follow-up and business negotiation skills; detail-oriented and responsible.
Experience: Experience in international trade, business development, or business coordination is preferred. Outstanding bachelor's degree fresh graduates may also be considered and trained.
